Complaints procedure & feedback

We want you to be extremely pleased with our service at SmartMeds Clinic, but if you are unhappy in anyway, we would like to be informed. Complaints will be dealt with by our Superintendent Pharmacist Sarah Khalil. You can call us on  01923 510940 or email  info@smartmedsclinic.com - we will deal with it promptly and do our utmost to resolve it to your satisfaction.

We will acknowledge and respond to all formal written complaints within 2 working days of receiving them. If you are unsatisfied with our response to a formal written complaint then you can contact The General Pharmaceutical Council:

Refunds

The pharmacy cannot use returned medicines, for reasons of safety and therefore once medicines have left the pharmacy we cannot allow their return. Unused medicines should be taken to your local pharmacy for safe disposal.

  • You can cancel an order for medicines up until the point your medicine is dispatched, at 3pm on the day of order. You can do this by emailing us at info@smartmedsclinic.com

  • If an order is incomplete, you must contact us within two days and if an order does not arrive, you must contact us within one week. Please inform us by email at info@smartmedsclinic.com providing full details including your order number, name and contact details.

  • If we have sent you an incorrect item, please do not open the packaging as we need to receive it back in the same condition it was sent to you. Please email us within two working days of receiving your order at info@smartmedsclinic.com with your order number, name, contact details and information about what you expected to receive and the item that was sent incorrectly. Please send the incorrect item back to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery and we will refund your postage.

  • Damaged or faulty goods can be returned to us for a full refund. Please inform us by email at info@smartmedsclinic.com of your intention to return faulty goods, your order number, the details of the damage and your postage costs. We recommend that you return faulty items by Royal Mail Special Delivery
